Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Processing

- The Hooded Seal Plush is currently sold on preorder. Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are shown on the product page and are estimates only, they may change due to production or supplier timelines. We will keep you updated.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary with carrier performance, customs, and events outside our control.
- Where no delivery period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund.

3. International Shipping

- We ship to the UK and selected international destinations.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price or delivery charge and are the recipient's responsibility.
- Customs policies vary by country, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Tracking & Delivery

- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
- Delivery may require a signature depending on the carrier.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
- If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refusal to pay customs duties, we will refund the product only (outbound shipping costs are non-refundable in that case).

5. Preorders

- If your order contains a preorder item, the whole order may be held until everything is ready to ship together, unless we agree otherwise.
- Estimated delivery dates for preorder products are shown on the product page.
