This product is available for preorder, which means you are ordering an item that has not yet been produced or is not yet in stock. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Conditional production. Production will only proceed if a minimum number of preorders is reached. If that threshold is not met, we may cancel production and will refund all preorders in full.
Estimated delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may change due to production schedules, materials, or supplier delays. We will keep you updated and provide a revised timeframe if anything changes.
Your right to cancel. Because this is a distance sale, you keep your statutory right to cancel: you may cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the item, and if we do not deliver within the agreed period (or within 30 days where none was agreed), you may cancel for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Payment. Payment for preorders is taken in full at the time of order.
Communication. We will keep you informed throughout, from preorder milestones to production and shipping updates.
